scalling

Well somehow i manage to survive after 3 hours non-stop being tortured by my ebel Shis. exagerate much? this time x de lah nk dicucuk cucuk gusinya . more to cleaning. term yg diguna kan scalling+polishing n ing ing ing. At first mcm biasa lah. explain the procedure.

What Happen today

1. bla bla bla something about the procedure. ☺. something about the effect of not taking care of ur teeth. the common problem. what happen to ur gusi if u let the sisa2 makanan yg degil stay lme2. how to use flos properly. how to brush ur teeth properly 3 type of toothbrush. how to clean BETWEEN ur teeth n etc
2. Wash my teeth in front of them n let em c the result of my brushing! how clean,proper i brush my teeth. NOT PROPER AT ALL. but acceptable.  they ask me to kumur2 some blue thing then i can c all the sisa2 makanan yg x properly dibersihkan. yg at front tu cantek je. bila cek yg dkt dalam2 tu blerghh. terok bebeno. haha. malu2..but as i said.ACCEPTABLE. #proudface+bit awkward
3. So start with the cleaning tool. the penyedut. the gerudi. n ap ntah. i think there was like 4 thing that was inserted in my mouth  =.=". they called it scalling i think. nk buang sisa2 makanan yg dA KERAS in between my two teeth. annoying. geli2. but after dia da buang tu rse mcm gigi kita ni ada hole d celah2 tu. well tu yg SEPATUTNYA. yg x sepatutnya bila gigi kamu tlalu rapat. x btol la tu kot. haha. pegi ty doktor gigi sdiri lah!!!
4. then after da scalling tu mereka polishing. x tw ap motif. mcm gosok2 dgn something. POLISH la konon. x nmpk kesan sgt lah kan sbb i tgh struggling ikot arahan bukak mulut. ditarik-tarik nya pUN. tana buat dgn kakak sdiri dah. pfft.
5. well i think my sis buat kira ok lg la. tp bila lecturer dia cek (her lecturer real doktor lah) criusly xde perasaan lgsg. main tekan je kuat2. hampess. tu la kot beza org pengalaman dgn org yg bru nk cari pengalaman. x kesa lgsg dgn perasaan patient..T.T..everytime doktor tu buat je kompem ad bleeding. fine. u the doctor. i can only obey gitu..cet..
6. AND DONE. Skrg my teeth feel so ringan after 2 week mayb nk kene dtg balik sbb mereka nk tgk either pandai jaga or x. ofcourse la pandai. heh

ps : rse syg pulak dgn "gigi" baru nih. nk makan ap2 pn pk 2x. ngehe.
