Ps : i have changed. And i don't like it. Not at all. Please wake me up before everything start to fall apart.

4th week : ACC

4th week : ACC/KompleksRawatanHarian

• Public Holiday on Monday (SultanSelangor*). We only "work" for 4 days.
• The differences between ACC and the others. Cases done here twice as many compare to room 6,1,4,5 and most of the patient can cooperate well. 
• There are 6 students. 3 from Vision,1 from KSKBJB and 1 from MAHSA. It was fun working with them.  Eventhough most of them was like Blur~. heh. 
• Radiographer we've been partner with for the whole week, amylia,hajar,saiful,harris,shahlan,balqis,sal,fazliza,sitimaryam,nooriah, and the rest i forgot their name. :D
• At ACC Room 2 ke room 1?? (x igt jugak!), cases like pelvic,lumbar,abdomen they do in ERECT view. not in Supine. Something related with the size of the Detector i think. ah n yes they use DR. It can't be inserted on the table bucky. pfft. But still its not a big problem. cuz like i said most of the pt can cooperate well. But when some pt can't stand, we told them to lay on the table and just put the detector beneath them. n yes i know it's not comfortable at all for pt to have a detector place at the back of their body. But work mUsT be DONE. 
• I learned how to do PNS view,ShoulderAxial(already did during previous posting at HUKM), shoulderOutlet,Sunrise,calcaneumView,AnkleMortiseview.
• Overall performance for this week is good. As far as i concern only on thursday the day is a bit gloomy. because the senior radiographer En.Shahlan whom everyone afraid off keep asking question n for me , i think i got scold by him. did I? hahaa. the 1st time eva in history of posting. :D
• For Asssessment i almost completed my logbook. already obtain the signature and COP from the HOD. but still haven't done the general assessment. upper,lower,pelvic n etc that need to  be done with the radiographer supervision. Yawn~..

Clinical Study

• We have submitted the permission letter to our HOD, to Pengarah Hospital and waiting for them to reply b4 we can do any info digging at Jabatan Rekod
• I'm thinking of changing my topic from kidney problem to cancer problem. 
• I was assigned to CT for the 5th week. i think i ll start searching new topic there. That's ALL~!
